She is graduated Master degree from French-Vietnamese for Management Center (CFVG: Centre Française – Vietnamesse pour la Gestion) in 2002.

She joined CWG in March 2017 as Finance Manager and got promoted to Deputy Director responsible for Administration, Finance, HR and Relationship Manager in 2018.

Before joining CWG, she worked for a trading company, International Non-profit organization and United Nation for Development Program (UNDP) in Managerial roles for many years.
